A tool that enables the Owner to initiate an information request about a Production Item.
The Owner can request the information from the Performer or from any other TimeMaker or email user using the Query action.
The recipient of the Query is expected to provide the information requested by using Answer.
The Performer’s Viewpoint – What happens to the Production Item from the Performer’s viewpoint?
The Production Item remains in the Overall Inbox folder and Overall Inbox > Production Items Assigned to Me folder.
The Query communication appears in the Overall Inbox folder
of the TimeMaker User that received the Query and at the email inbox of the email user that received the Query.
The Owner’s Viewpoint – What happens to the Production Item from the Owner`s viewpoint?
The Query communication appears in the Owner ‘s TimeMaker Sent Items > Pending folder.
The Production Item remains in the Owner ‘s TimeMaker Sent Items > Pending > Production Item assigned by Me folder.
