What is it?
This option allows you to import files to TM (Contacts, Settings, Outlook Folder Structure, TM settings).
Download Manager
What is it?
The files attached to a message can be downloaded later than the message itself. The Download Manager displays the progress of downloading.
Install / update
What is it?
This option allows you to install new updates for TM (new localization, dictionary etc.)
Connection settings
What is it?
This option allows you to connect to a proxy server.
This feature is usually used by technical personnel or by distant users who want to connect to a proxy server.

Go Offline
What is it?
This option allows you to access TM offline (disconnected from the server) and after being offline, reconnect to the server.
Open Exported item
What is it?
This ability allows you to open exported TimeMaker item saved by TimeMaker. For example: .tmaf, .msg
