Convert to TM Item action

Select the arrow on the Convert to TM Item button to convert a TimeMaker Message to one of the following:

  • Command

  • Production Task

  • Mini Plan

  • CRM Item

Note: By clicking on the Convert to TM Item button you will convert the e-mail message to a Production Task.

What happens if clicked?

  1. Select an e-mail message you want to convert.

  2. Click the Convert to TM Item arrow.

  3. A drop down menu will appear listing your conversion options.

  4. Select the TimeMaker Item you want to create.

  5. A box will appear giving you options in regard to the item you are creating.

  6. Select the options you want and click OK.

  7. The applicable window opens allowing you to complete the conversion.
