Meetings Module

What is it?
The Meetings module is the management center for the user’s Meetings.
The TM Meetings module is a unique and powerful feature where a meeting can be established, people invited, an agenda proposed and approved, the meeting managed, decisions and plans set, assigned and followed up to completion, and where follow up Meetings can be set and managed.

What happens if clicked?
The Meetings module is opened.
From the Meetings module, you can create and manage past, current and future Meetings .

The Calendar module

What is it?
The Calendar module is the management center for the user’s Appointments and TM items that are date AND time dependent.
From this module, the user can see and manage TM’s Calendar as well as Microsoft Office Outlook Calendar.

What happens if clicked?
The Calendar module opened.
From the Calendar module, you can schedule new Appointment and view previously scheduled Appointment
You can view your calendar alone, or concurrently with the calendars of those for whom you have been granted senior access rights, such as junior workers, meeting rooms, company vehicles and other organization facilities.
You can view, manage and control your Microsoft Office Outlook calendar without the need to open Microsoft Office Outlook as TM is FULLY integrated with Microsoft Office Outlook.

Contacts Module

What is it?
The Contacts module is the management center for the user’s private and shared Contacts.
The Contacts module is where the user records identifying Contact details and other information about a company or person, and where Private or Public Distribution Lists get created and managed.
The TM User can create an unlimited number of user defined fields for storing unique types of data.
The Contacts module can consist of an unlimited number of Contact Folder that can be Public, meaning shared, or Personal, meaning private.
Contacts can be grouped utilizing Distribution Lists .
When using TM in combination with Microsoft Office Outlook, all Microsoft Office Outlook contacts will be presented and managed by TM.

What happens if clicked?
The Contacts Module opens. From the Contact module, you can create, edit or manage your Contacts and their related information and Distribution Lists .
Contact data can be viewed in various formats, including Address Cards, Detailed Address Cards, Phone List, Category, Company and Location.
You can create and manage user defined Custom Fields and setup and manage the relationships between companies and Contacts.

TM Matrix module

What is it?
The TM Matrix is the most powerful feature of TM. It graphically presents all your Tasks, Plans, e-mails, CRM Items, Workflow Items and Meetings , of those of your Juniors, departments or divisions.Using the programmable filtering system and grouping feature, the TM Matrix presents the data in any user defined format, all based on assigned user rights.
The TM Matrix presents accurate real time data of what is really happening in an organization.
The TM Matrix is color coded and uses icons to enable instant duplication of the situation.

What happens if clicked?
The TM Matrix module is opened. From the TM Matrix module, you can view, a user defined, graphical presentation of ALL that is occurring or scheduled to occur in the organization.

E-Mail 2.0 Module

About E-Mail 2.0 Module 
The E-Mail 2.0 Module is the management and control center for all of the user’s internal and external communications, including Action Items, TimeMaker Message , Microsoft Office Outlook e-mails, Meeting invitations and Action List items, and the storage facility for completed communications.
The E-Mail 2.0 Module is the management and control center for TimeMaker’s Collaboration Maker.

What is it?
E-mail 2.0 is the new generation e-mail system that is much more than e-mail. E-mail 2.0 is a communication center that allows the user to truly control all his communications, including Tasks, Messages, Meetings , Plans, CRM Items, Work Flow Items, Action List Items, Microsoft Office Outlook e-mails, and folders and files stored at TM’s Collaboration Maker.
E-mail 2.0 is equipped with a powerful, customizable filtering system allowing you to set your communication features to work as you like.
E-mail 2.0 automatically stores all of the user’s communications based on the State of the communication as defined by the user.

What happens if clicked?
The E-mail 2.0 module is opened.
From the E-mail 2.0 module you can create and manage all your communications.
Utilizing TM’s sophisticated E-mail 2.0 folder structure and filtering system you will be able to effectively and quickly manage your communications.
You will also be able to view, manage and control all your Microsoft Office Outlook e-mails and folders without the need to open Microsoft Office Outlook as TM is FULLY integrated with Microsoft Office Outlook.

Create new Meetings

What is it?
A method of establishing a TM Meeting.
TM Meeting is a unique and powerful module where a Meeting can be established, people invited, an agenda proposed and approved, the Meeting managed, decisions and Plans set, Assigned and followed up to completion, and where follow up Meetings can be set and managed.

What happens if clicked?
The Create a Meeting window appears. From this window you can invite participants, state the Meeting subject and theme, establish the Meeting location, start and end times, ,establish the person responsible for the Meeting, define the agenda, add related information and link to related Meetings .

Create new Appointment

What is it?
A method of creating a TM Calendar Event.
An Appointment is a TM calendared event that has an established start time, end time and other relevant data recorded.

What happens if clicked?
The Appointment window appears. From this window you can specify the Appointment data, including the Subject, Location, Start and End Time, or All Day Event.
A TimeMaker User can mark his or her availability for a specific period with indicators of Free, Busy, Tentative or out of office.
An alert can be set as a reminder for the Appointment.
An Appointment can be set as recurring.
You can invite people to the Appointment, and check the status of the invitees’ availability.

Create new Contact

What is it?
A method of recording information (usually Contact and other identifying information) relating to a person or a company. The TimeMaker User can create an unlimited number of user defined fields for storing unique types of Data.
The Contacts Module can consist of an unlimited number of Contact Folders that can be Public, meaning shared, or Personal, meaning private. Contacts can be grouped utilizing Distribution Lists. When using TM in combination with Microsoft Office Outlook, all Microsoft Office Outlook Contacts will be presented and managed by TM.

What happens if clicked?
A New Contact Card appears. In this Card, you can record the information relating to your Contact. You can also save a Contact Card as a vCard.

New TimeMaker Message

What is it?
A method of creating a New TimeMaker Message and assign it to one or more TimeMaker Users and/or email users.
TimeMaker users can view the real time status of a TimeMaker Message they have sent by checking the user’s pending folder.

What happens if clicked?
The Message window appears. From this window you can write and send your message to the intended recipients – one or more TimeMaker Users and/or email users.
A Senior sending an internal TimeMaker Message has the option to require a response from the Junior, but unlike Production Task, the TimeMaker Message will not have to be answered by a specific Target Date.
