What is it?
A tool that allows you to get support online or to view the TM manual.

What happens if clicked?
You will be connected to a TM Support Expert who can answer any question you have in regard to TM software, or help resolve any problem you have encountered.

Support is available in various languages.

You can allow the TM Support Expert to take control of your computer in order to assist you. If you grant permission, the TM Support Expert will be able to see your screen and control your mouse, and thus help you to solve the problem you have or show you how to more effectively use the TM programs.

For your first connection to a TM Support Expert, you will be required by your browser to install Active X.

You can observe everything that is done while the TM Support Expert has access to your computer.

Once connected, you can disconnect from the TM Support Expert at any time by clicking the Terminate button.

Click Show Help to open the TM manual.

What is it?
A tool that allows you to move down toward the entered text.

What happens if clicked?
The cursor is moved down toward the entered text.

 

What is it?
A tool that allows you to move up toward the entered text. The cursor is moved up toward the entered text.

What happens if clicked?
The cursor is moved up toward the entered text.

 

 

What is it?
A tool that allows you to quickly clear the Filter search field.

What happens if clicked?
The entered text is erased from the Filter field. All Users are displayed.

What is it?
You can select Show Users at the Display Option field to display a list of all Users that have not been granted any User Rights to the folder.

You can add a User to the User Rights list by:

• double clicking on a User Name
• selecting the User Name and pressing the Enter key
• typing the name of the User in the Filter area and pressing the Enter key
• selecting the User Name and clicking the Add button.

 

What happens if clicked?
Right click TM User’s Name in the Name window section.

From the drop down menu select Add to add user to the list of users with Folder Rights.

Fields in Shared folder in the TimeMaker

What is it?
This tool enables you to present the User Rights window in full mode

or Compact (table form) mode.

What happens if clicked?
The TimeMaker user with User Rights will be displayed in compact mode, a table format.

When the option is not checked the users with User Rights will be presented in full mode.
