What is it?
In cases where you are using more then one E-mail Accounts , this field is used to identify which E-mail Account will be identified to the Recipient by appearing in the From field. This will also be the E-mail Account to which the recipient will reply if using the Reply or Reply All feature.

What happens if clicked?
A list of available E-mail Accounts will open. You can select the desired E-mail Account from the drop down menu.

Require answer

What is it?
This is a tool that enables a Senior to require a response from a Junior before the Junior can close the TimeMaker Message .
The Require Answer is used when you want to be sure you will receive a reply to the TimeMaker Message , but you are not concerned about the timing of the reply.
This tool can be used only on TimeMaker Messages to TimeMaker Users, and only by a Senior sending a TimeMaker Message to a Junior.

What happens if clicked?
After clicking the box, a check mark will appear to show that the Require Answer feature is activated.

Company field

hat is it?
This field is used to select the Company(s) to which the Performer is associated.

Note: In the list of Companies , only those companies to which the Performer has User Rights are presented as company options. User Rights are defined by the system administrator.

What happens if clicked?
A list of available Companies will open. You can select the appropriate Company from the drop down menu.

Select a BCC Copy Recipient

What is it?
A tool that enables you to send a “blind copy” of the TM Message to a TM User or e-mail user.
With a “blind copy”, the recipient of the message will not see the names of those receiving the copy.

What happens if clicked?
The User Picker window will open.

You can select the recipients to receive a copy of the TM Message from the e-mail users in your Contact folders

or the TM Users in the TM Users folder.
